PhD in maritime disputes from the University of Oslo

He holds a PhD in Maritime Disputes Law from the University of Oslo, and possesses distinguished experience as a Senior Sea Captain at the Kuwait Oil Tankers Company. He has been listed as an arbitrator and accredited expert with many international and Arab arbitration centers. He is an official member of the International Institute for Dispute Resolution (ISCDR) and the representative of the court in the State of Kuwait. He is also an accredited reference with the European Court of Arbitration, as well as at the library of the Gulf Cooperation Council Commercial Arbitration Center.
